These flameworked glass sculptures are inspired by the shifting forms of melting ice. Their shapes recall icicles and frozen encrustations that form around rocks, branches, and other natural surfaces.

The process of melting the glass into a molten state, shaping it, and allowing it to cool into a solid mimics the transformation of ice as it melts, refreezes, and shapes into new forms within the landscape.
